Isidoro,
One of the first reason because you buy anti virus software is because
Outlook. If you are in W$ try to use thunderbird (outlook express
equivalent), if you will go to linux use Evolution or Kmail which in my
experience are better than outlook
After all, office suit should let you select the Mail client which you
like
and feel comfort, Outlook included.
