Hi: I have downloaded it several times and I try to pick a different download area each time. I also have deleted every thing I can before re-downloading but I keep finding more every time I look in windows explorer. I don't know how to use regedit but I do have a reg cleaner program and that doesn't seem to do it either. I keep wondering if that is the correct way to do it.

Jim:
Did you check your download to see if it is good or if it is corrupted?
The install will fail with a corrupt download give errors like the one
you listed.
You can find information here to do a MD5SUM on your downloaded file.
If it is corrupted, you might want to try a download manager to help
with the large download. See near the bottom on this page:
