     In fact, go to this web page:  
http://download.openoffice.org/2.0.2/index.html. Below the "Download 
OpenOffice.org via P2P" section, there is a section on promoting OOo on 
your web site. It contains a link to several logos you can use, with an 
additional link on the logos page to still more logos.
     So, not only can you do so, you are encouraged to do so.
