Hi Michele,

You can get the file the below link,

In fact the original file is in Ms Word 2000 format. After uninstalling Ms
Office
and install Openoffice version 2.0.2, I use Openoffice writer to open the
.doc
file and make some changes, when I try to save the file in Ms Word
format, openoffice crash, however I managed to save the files in sxw format.

Problem is i need to email this files to my customer who does not
have openoffice installed, so I need to save the files on .doc format

I have tried the same process on other computer and also reinstall
openoffice, the problem persist with those files with similar format.

Thanks in advance if anyone can help on this.

ASLAY
