I've tried twice to install Open Office 2.0. Each time I get 2 error messages:
Error 2908 {212DF9A3-BC82-4EA7-AD69-71AC02B1D754}
and {96C5E61-FDB4-4611-939D-6D3DD9DD034F}
after clearing this I get Error 1935 that says "install of
assembly...policy-1.0_cli_ure,publickey Token="ce2cb and on...
I'm running Windows XP Media Edition 2002 Service Pack II on a HP Pavillion
a1230n machine.
I've defragged the machine, downloaded a new OO load, and reset the Admin
function on the machine.
Over the last 4 months multiple times I've had to pull the plug on the machine
as it was pre-set to powerdown and turnoff the monitor.
