No. I know little to nothing about windows. I can guess that XP has a
similar structure to *NIX, so you will have to look for where things are
installed. I would further guess that you could simply drop the extras
we are discussing in C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org2.??\share\template
and then you change Paths as also discussed. 

On another note, you might be interested in picking up
http://www.andyrathbone.com/books/winxp/index.html which will you get
around XP and its structure.
