If it is a word (as in MS word) document rather than an Open Office
Writer file -- a few momments on google will find you a bunch of
tools and services that will unlock the file for you.

Sorry, but this is not possible. OOo uses a very strong
encryption
algorithm. If you had the document already open, you could use Save
As to
save it without a password. But it is almost impossible to open the
document unless you can guess the password first.
