What is the setting in Slide Transition? To find this, you need the
Task pane open. (View > Task Pane) Near the bottom of the Task pane, click
Slide Transition to open this part. Near the middle of Slide Transition is
Modify Transition. Select a faster speed. Near the bottom there is a
button "Apply to All Slides." Click it to apply the new speed to all
slides.
One other possible problem concerns whether the pictures on the slides
are embedded in the presentation file or are linked to the actual graphic
files. (Linked files take longer to load.)
