Hi!
Is there simple way to add captions to graphics without frames in
switer, like captions of tables, and how to change position (above or
below) of captions in this case. At the moment I simply cut image and
caption, paste them outside frame and delete frame, but it is rather
time consuming way.

Why not use the frame to do this? If you are concerned with the frame
border showing, use F11 (Styles and Formating window) to access the Frame
Styles icon. Click it and then modify the Frame Style to remove the frame
border. Then all the frames you create in this document will be
borderless: not visable when printing nor when looking at the document in
read only status.
I stopped using frames with captions because I was unable to export my
results to a Word document. I mean, I can, but then Word can read the
document but nothing is displayed in the frame. Fortunately, OOo can
still read the document with no problems.
