I see what you mean, Kevin.  I did not consider the possibility of the
surrounding cells shifting into the space of the deleted cells.  I don't
see the "Don't Shift" option you mentioned on 2.0.2, though.  That would
be just like pressing the backspace key, anyway, wouldn't it?
