Then, the question is how to tell Writer to use "first level 2 heading
on the current page" in a header in any case?

I mean, for example, on the page like this:

first line, outline level 1: Chapter title
second line, outline level 2: Sub-chapter title

I need the header to be:

Chapter title   Sub-chapter title.

(Now it is "Chapter title       Chapter title")
