     In this regard you have two options:
1) Create your messages in OpenOffice.org (OOo)and send them as 
attachments. Make sure you do a Save As and select the File Format as MS 
Word for those who do not have OpenOffice.org on their computers. If 
Outlook is your default email client, OOo will open it and make your 
document an attachment.

2) Search the web for a spellchecker for Outlook. www.hotfiles.com probably 
has several free or inexpensive ones.
