When you first click File/New/Labels, in the label format box that appears, click Options. Click the Synchronize contents box that it has a check mark in it, click the Labels tab and define the brand and type of labels you are using. Click New Document. Using the first label, design how you want your labels to look, (add a boldness attribute if you want). Once you have the first label the way you want, click the Synchronize box. This will copy the first label to all the other labels. Using some non-important copy paper, print out a test print. Does the bottom row of labels print correctly? If not, Click the Format tab at the top main menu. Click Page. A page style box will appear. Click the Page tab. Increase the page height to 11.20 inches. Reprint a test page. Now, how does the bottom row of labels look? They should look better. Now take the test page, put it under the sheet of labels and hold them up to a bright light. See how the labels align with the test page. If the label data creeps up as the rows of labels go down, you may want to go back to the page styles box and increase the top margin a wee bit.
Greg [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: This seems so basic that it almost seems like a glitch. Or I'm stupid. Trying to make a sheet of 20 1x4 inch labels. How do I format the whole page? I want the labels to be in bold face. You can "select all" but any attempt to format the contents fails. You can hilight one label at a time and then format it. But there seems to be no way to do the whole page except one label at a time. Is there a way or is it just me?? Thanks Jerry Rutledge Minnesota USA
