Dear OpenOffice support, I am using version 2.0 of OpenOffice.org (Writer). My problem is : When I try to save a document as a OpenDocument text (.odt), it does not work. When I examine the properties of files I try to save as OpenDocument texts, it states that I saved my file simply as "File" and not "OpenDocument text." This is even after asking it to save as an "OpenDocument text. I did not experience this problem until recently. I would appreciate any help you are able to provide.
