No I don't think he cheated. The green "Get openoffice.org" button on
the OOo home page takes you to:
http://download.openoffice.org/2.0.3/index.html

The Windows version doesn't appear to include JRE and this seems to be
indicated in the installation instructions. I think we are going to
return to the old day's with this list being flooded with "What's JRE?"
and "Where do I get JRE" questions ;)

A straight upgrade of the Windows version should not create any
problems, but there can be a couple of minor issues with the Linux RPM
upgrade under some circumstances.
