If you need to do it in a spreadsheet in Calc, do the following: Select the cells where you want to change the format. Choose FORMAT then CELLS then click the NUMBERS Tab. Choose User-defined in the Category box. Then down in the Format Code box, put the following: yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm:ss This format will now be available the next time you need to use it (you won't have to type anything in the Format Code box. I don't think you can make it the default format for Dates though (if you can, I don't know how to do it).
