Are you still referring to how to drag and drop a single cell? It wasn't
clear from your note. If you are referring to this, once again, please
see the following document

and look on Page 2.
If you still can't find it there, let us know because there is
definitely something wrong if I go to this link and see one thing, but
you get something different from the same link.
