Unfortunatly you do not tell, how you proceed.

Do you know the difference between "outline numbering" and "list styles"?

With outline numbering - as I know - it is not possible to merge numbering
with bullets. That wouldn't make sense, for outline numbering is used for
indizes and references and therefore a bullet wouldn't be a helpfull
information.

So I think you could use outline numbering for the first 5 levels and then
have to use a list style.

Outline numbering made several problems and I think it would be
recommendable to use the newest OO-Version. If you can't use 2.0.3, perhaps
it would be better to use 1.1.5.

In the newest OO version I defined outline numbering like your example,
saved it as a template, created a new document from this template and could
use the outline numbering as defined in the template.
