[users] I can't insert page number

Dear Sir/Madam   I'm using Oppenoffice 2.0.3. When working with OpenOffice Writer I can't insert page number. Although I have followed fully instructions in Help I only see "Page numbers" instead of "1", "2", "3".... Please see the attached screen snapshot.   Please instruct me to correct this error.   Thanks   Tuan L.   Hanoi, Vietnam
