I have downloaded OO and installed it. I can not open it. I have no icon on my desk top or system tray except the OO 2.0 installation folder icon. It is not listed in my All Programs list, however when I click on Control Panel and go to the Add or Remove Folder it is there. I have Windows XP. I've tried using both Explorer and Firefox with no luck. I have gone back and run the Repair and Add Missing File program but still no luck. How do I open it.
