Hi, I am trying to install the latest version of OpenOffice however during that process I get Error 1714 which says: "The older version of OpenOffice.org 2.0 cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group." I had another version installed but I did uninstall before attempting installation of the latest version and now cannot install the latest version and nor do I have the installer for the previous version. I have searched the registry for any sign of OpenOffice and have removed all instances. I am using Windows XP SP2 with the latest updates on an AMD Athlon processor. Please advise as to how this can be corrected so I can proceed with installing the latest OpenOffice suite.
