I missed that the original message was sent from Israel. If you check the locale, it should be Hebrew with is a Right-to-Left language and OpenOffice.org 2.0 (or 1.1) will not override this. So you have to change the locale to one with a Left-to-Right language. It is broken and will be fixed soon.
