Really? I would expect even the most naive user to do a bit of exploring. In any case, please see http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/OOo2.x/user_guide2_draft.pdf and the other guides. Also http://documentation.openoffice.org/ has many HOW-TOs and other resources.
