I don't recall any function that effectively provides you with a tabular
form of the current defined ranges, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

Both Excel and Calc: Menu:Insert>Names>Insert, Button "Insert All"

I imagine that creating a custom function via a macro would be possible, but
don't know how to go about it.
