I have a spread sheet with data in columns A to M (except for J) and rows 6 to 25. I want to sort on columns K then L then M (in one sort) shifting the data in columns A to I with the original numbers in K to L I have used Excel to do this before without any problems but can't get Calc to do it. I have been highlighting the area A6 to M25 and then going Data, Sort, and in the dialogue box selecting the columns in sort order and whether Ascending or Descending. After I hit OK no matter what I change the Ascending or Descending to in the different columns there is no change to the order of data. Can anyone pinpoint what I am doing wrong here. Running Oo 2.0.3 on Win XP Also the spreadsheet was created using Oo 1.4 and now keeps crashing using Oo2.03 Bruce
