Hi CPH,

thanks for your suggestions, but neither works

when I change the link from webdav:// to https:// I can download the file and
it opens in OpenOffice. but I am unable to upload it, when I press the save
button I get the following error from OpenOffice:

Error saving the document report_06_05:
The object cannot be created in directory
https://server/zidestore/so/....
generally saving with webdav works.

I also added the "Load URL" to the File menu, when I then click on the menu
entry, the window that opens shows me my local file system, when I then insert
the https:// or webdavs:// url then OpenOffice says "Nonexistent object.
Nonexistent file".

when I enter the same url into konqueror, it opens the file with no problem.
Or does OpenOffice has a problem with webdav or http via SSL, but as it loads
the files and saves them to the webdav drive, with only one OOo window open, i
think it shall generally work.

anything else I can do?

kind regards
Jan
