[users] I am using open office 2.0- can't open

I have been using open office for a few years and recently you sent an updated 
version which was automatically loaded. Now when I click to open I get the 
message "this message is only valid for products that are installed"  I get 
this on the shortcut and by going into my programs. I went to the ADD/delte 
programs and it said I could reinstall. I did, but I am getting the same 
message.  I use this program often. HELP!!!.
