We have an oddity here.. Everyone's top-level bullets seems to have
changed to a frowny-smiley face in their existing documents.
Its pretty hard to describe, so I've uploaded a sample doc here, if
anyone's interested:

The issue is quickly resolved on a case-by-case basis by turning
bullets off and then back on, but we have a lot of documents and a lot
of bullet points, so am curious as to the cause and if there's a quick
way of fixing.
(OpenOffice 2.0, Windows and Linux, both show the same)
