well the first thing you have asked about copying only text from firefox to writer works fine....but the second thing u have mentioned does not works...even when i try to save a web page containing images and txt by doing File--> Save As....it does saves a page but does not show images on that as well....when i try to insert picture from a network or from my system it does inserts that image and saves into writer....i hope i have anwsered what you have asked ......thanku for all the support....GBU...
