http://www.openoffice.org/license.html contains the links to the 
licenses used by openoffice.org. Allow your legal department to study 
them to verify that this can be used for both business and 
residential use. In fact, the members of this mailing list recommend 
you also allow your employees to get a copy to use on their computers 
at home. (There is no charge for this program as the LGPL states.)

your second question. While there is not a contact number, there is 
the banking information necessary to make a bank transfer.
