I was thinking about a short notice/info for people which are in a situation like Oliver: He has the English OO.org and wants to change to German GUI. There is no info on the download page (only a link referring to the localization projects), and nothing in FAQs relating to installing OO.org. A pdf manual of course is ok. Not about changing GUI settings. There is a FAQ about changing the language version (which I cannot find right now but did earlier this evening), which recommends to reload the whole localized office suite.
