[users] Uninstalling Openoffice V.2 won't work?

I am using version 2.0 of OpenOffice.org. My problem is :
I'm trying out newer versions of different Word processors & now I wish to 
uninstall Openoffice V.2.0
I have attempted 3 times using the Add/ remove program uninstaller in Win XP 
Home, but it just stops responding after I click the remove button. My 
installation is registered. Everything else seems to function on my PC, but I 
can't get your Word Processor to uninstall.
Please assist...
