These are two different points. Both could be expanded to make the
problems clearer. Have a look at Tools >Options >OOoCalc for the second.

Is there an up-date to OpenOffice1.1.5? This should update to
OpenOffice2.0.(?) ok as it did last time (before re-formatting harddrive).

AFAIK, 1.1.5 was the last of that series. You cannot update from 1.x to
2.x. Theoretically, you can have both on your system but it's better
to have only one (I forget why - general input/output errors, perhaps).
