Few environments are so friendly for Mac OS X users without much
computer experience. Because of this list's help, I was up and
running with OOo within a day of finding it, and happily using a free
"Draw" program for the first time since the (very) old days of
"AppleWorks" coming free with earlier incarnations of the Mac OS.
