AIR you have to add items manually from within openoffice. I for one
have an existing clipart library of maybe 100 to 200 thousand images
Like most aspects of OOo, it is easy to add one or two things at a time,
but when it comes to 1K+, it becomes very time consuming, and/or error
prone.
It really doesn't appear to scale well, nor offer any form of indexing beyond a rather
gross "theme" concept.
If descriptive theme names are used, it _can_ work. But it doesn't make
for good digital art management.
