Hi, Jonathon. The "Premium" version contains extra fonts and the extras are available in separate parts for 2.0.3 (may work with other versions?) at this link: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=170021&package_id=194091

*I* care that the Linux version does not - I do all my word-processing
on Linux and would like to acquire several (admittedly commercial) fonts
that have their more exciting ligatures, alternate characters and so on
only available in the OpenType version, not the TrueType or Adobe Type 1
versions.
