     It seems that what you want is a cross reference rather than a 
hyperlink. However, the only way I can see of having "see Section 
XYZ" in blue and "on page 123"  in black is to use "see Section XYZ" 
as your hyperlink and manually add "on page 123". But perhaps you 
could also cross reference "on page 123" to an anchor at the 
beginning of section XYZ. The cross reference would appear in black 
while the hyperlink would appear in blue.
     What I am trying to say is that the hyperlink style is applied to 
the entire hyperlink so all of it is the same font color.
