Since you most likely ruined the installation by doing the above (you can't really expect any Windows program to work even if it is on a different drive if you completely reinstalled your system), I suggest you remove OOo 1.1.5 as well and completely, and start from scratch by downloading a current version like OOo 2.0.3. Many things have improved meanwhile so I won't stick with the old version. Of course if you want to you can just reinstall the old version as well. To have a completely new setup you may also like to get rid of the OpenOffice specific application-data in your "documents and settings" directory before reinstalling the new version.
