Go to File/ New/Labels and choose Sheet on the first tab (named Labels). Then, under Brand, choose the appropriate Avery range. I use Avery A4 because I'm in the UK and we use A4 paper. You seem to be in the US (from your e-mail address) so you'd probably need Avery Letter Size. Once you have chosen the brand, the Type list gets filled and you can select which exact type of label you need.
