Create a new numbering style --- call it "section one numbering".
Then create a new paragraph style --- call it "section one text". In
the "numbering" section put "section one numbering".
Repeat for sections 2 through however many sections you have.
Apply the appropriate "section x text" to the appropriate paragraph.
