[users] Wizard doesn't work

I have OpenOffice.org 2.03 Windows English version installed under 
Windows 2000, and I am trying to install new dictionaries. However, the 
wizard doesn't seem to work since nothing happens when I click on it. 
Without this dictionaries, I can only work in English, but not in 
Spanish, Catalan or French.

I would be thakful for any suggestions.
