Can anyone help me loose these annoying blank lines when I merge a database (addresses) from an Open Office Base where some of the addresses have blank fields.
I followed the instructions at the end of http://documentation.openoffice.org/HOW_TO/word_processing/writer2_EN.html but this removes the line if it is blank or not. Any other ideas anyone? Edmund
