Hitting the Refresh button in FireFox, or F5 on the keyboard after
loading the page is *supposed* to get you the freshest version,
whether the ISP is caching or not. At least that is my understanding.
I know it is that way within the browser itself.
Did you delete your Temporary Internet Files and empty your Recycle Bin?
Try it with a different browser (IE for example.)

If Greg is referring to web hyperlinks in his OOo documents resulting in
a cached copy of the web page in his browser, the fix is to add the
string %u to the command in his firefox menu shortcut.
