that's the bit I was interested in - I was trying to persuade a client
to give OOo a shot, but he's unable to get broadband and so a huge
download like OOo over a dialup doesn't fill him with enthusiasm,
especially if he's got to repeat it every time a new release comes out :-(
I can't work out a way of making a complete reinstall sound like it's a
professional product (although I know it is, and have been using it for
a long time - it's a user perception thing )
I'll keep watching.
