[users] [moderated]upgrade

I am using version 1.1.4 of OpenOffice.org and Iwould like to substitute 
version 2.0.3. Can I just install the new one over the older? If I should 
uninstall version 1.1.4 first, how do I do this as it does not appear in the 
list of programmes nor does it appear in the list of "Install/Uninstall 
Programmes".
