Dear Arnold, Could you please send me the sample of the file of this function Cause I already tried about this and I still can't find the solution COUNTIF(range; criteria) the criteria is only limited to one criteria, and the criteria is only count all cells inside the range the criteria not filter each row if the class is "A" then look the value of this class wheter it is >500 and <4000
