I have just changed to a new Epson R220 printer, and seem to be having great
difficulty getting DL Envelopes to print in the correct orientation using Open
Office 2.02.(though there is no problem in Word or WordPro)
This printer only allows insertion of the envelopes in the "narrow" portrait
orientation, and although all the settings are OK I think with landscape view
selected, (and the page preview shows it correctly), it still insists on
printing in portrait.
I expect I am missing something somewhere in the settings but am stumped at the
moment. I run Win XP incidentally. Any tips will be very welcome
