Yes.  We are here to help you.

It is obvious from your message, that you downloaded the X11 user
package from the Apple support site.  This package is for Panther (Mac
OS X 10.3) only and will not work with your Tiger (Mac OS X 10.4) nor
Leopard  (Mac OS X 10.5) installations.  To install X11 for Tiger, you
need to find and insert the Tiger or Installation disk in your optical
drive.  Once the screen comes up, move to the Optional Packages install
area and select it.  Navigate through the packages until you find the
X11 User package.  Select and install this package ONLY.  Once the
installer completes, you will be able to use OpenOffice.org without any
further actions.
