[users] Viewing writer as an online layout

In my old Word '97 there is a function called in 'VIEW' called 'Online layout' 
which allows a separate [from the body of the document] collapsable listing of 
all headings, and which links those leadings to their place on the document.  
Does OpenOffice.org Writer have a similar function and how do I access it?
