[users] Issue 3875 (selecting single cell) - how do I?

Hello.

My users are hitting problem described in
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=3875 (you have apply
tricky select in order for drag and drop to work with single cell).
Issue resolved as fixed, but it is not telling how it is supposed to
work.
Any idea what was in the fix?
